It’s probably easier to achieve a multiple orangeasm than it is to pronounce it, but off-beat branding is Soap and Glory’s bread and butter. Orangeasm Body Butter, €14.95, is part of the new Orangeasm range – the moisturiser among a body wash and eau de toilette.
The ‘super rich’ tagline is super right. This feels like a hybrid between cream and jelly – like blancmange but, y’know, not vile.
Fruit oils are listed as the big players, but the main emollient is shea butter with oils in smaller doses. So, no surprises that this makes quick work of dry skin.
Initial softness is the kind I only ever get after heavy exfoliation and prepping, plus I’m really impressed by how long the effect lasts. There’s not a patch of dry skin for days after my last application – elbows, knees or toes.
The scent is heavy, zesty and sweet. It’s similar to Lait Des Bienfaits and Bliss Blood Orange and White Pepper, in that sharp notes tone down sweet notes to keep it from being too girly.
Orangeasm Body Butter is little bit pricier than some, but a helluva lot nicer than most. All boxes ticked, this is my top body product

First line had me giggling for starters!
Seriously though I’m a complete sucker for anything with a good fruity scent so now I need this in my life!

I was saying Orange-gasm for weeks before I realised there was only one ‘g’. No w I just slur quickly and hope nobody notices 🙂

I’m trying not to buy the body wash because I already have the citrus one but the Lord is testing me something fierce!
